<div>I got out on the Battenkill river for some scouting snd little fly fishing during the warm part of the day. &nbsp;Flows are up but not crazy. &nbsp;Water temps where in the low 40's. &nbsp;I&nbsp;brought a streamer rig and euro nymh rig with me and much to my shagrin I found a winter black stone fly hatch in full swing. &nbsp;it was fun to get out and kick around for an hour or so -- next time out I'll hit it a little harder so I can post a fish pick. &nbsp;Some Vermont fly fishing guides are posting some nice fish taken on streamers in the slow winter holding spots.</div>
