NOTES
Great Day
Battenkill River
Bright sunny day fly fishing in southern Vermont. We managed to get a dozen or so trout to eat and a five to net (2 long line releases but we had a quality dance). All sub-surface today given the late start but still fun. Some thick fish - all rainbows and browns in the 16-18" range.
Gear & Tackle Used:
4 and 5 weight rods, floating and sinking line on 5x tippet. streamers, nymphs ans dry/dropper rigs.
